BIOGRAPHY
Patrick Flaherty is currently an HR Instructor at several local universities, including California State University, San Bernardino. He has been in the Outsourced HR industry for over 20 years, working with small to medium-sized businesses in the area of Human Capital.
He is also the CEO / Founder of Inland Empire HR, a human resource consultancy firm. Patrick has his certifications as an Industry Professional. He holds the SPHR (Senior HR Professional from HRCI) as well as his SHRM – SCP (Society for Human Resource Management, Senior Certified Professional.
Experience:
In the Outsourced HR Industry, Patrick’s main focus was on the small (sometimes startups) to medium-sized firms in all aspects of Human Resources. An employee typically is a firm’s greatest asset but also the largest potential for liability. His approach is to develop employees to A players, being engaged in the company’s strategy and plan.
